Jashanpreet Singh is facing charges for possibly driving under the influence of drugs and vehicular manslaughter.

The man suspected of being under the influence when he crashed his big-rig into a crowd of vehicles on the 10 Freeway Tuesday afternoon has been identified as a 21-year-old resident of Yuba City.
