The death of Karen Diamond, 82, has turned the attack in Boulder, Colo., on marchers for Israeli hostages into a possible death-penalty case.

The suspect in the firebombing attack, Mohamed Sabry Soliman, will now face two counts of murder as a result of Diamond’s death.

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KJCT) -A woman injured in the Boulder, Colorado, Molotov cocktail attack earlier this month has died. Karen Diamond died after suffering severe injuries in the attack. The news of her death prompted prosecutors to file additional criminal charges against the suspect on Monday.
