Russian forces attacked Kharkiv with a drone on Friday, July 18. A strike was recorded near a residential area, according to the Telegram channels of Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov and Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Syniehubov.

The attack took place around 4 a.m. EET. “Residential buildings, a family doctor's office and an educational institution were damaged," she wrote. Read also: Kupyansk’s infrastructure 95% destroyed by Russian assaults Emergency services are on site addressing the aftermath of the attack.

Russia attacked cities across Ukraine, hitting energy infrastructure and wounding at least 15 people, authorities said.
